I’m so incredibly glad you are here! If you are in that weird space of beginning to empty or grandbabies on the way, then you are a lot like me1 I am a mom of three, in my mid 50s, with one adorable granddaughter. I’ve lived in Kentucky for over 30 years, and set out on a new adventure to Florida this year with my husband. But that’s not why I’m here! Being on the upside of the middle of life means things are changing. You know a lot more and you care a lot more about many things. You want to have purpose and you want to be around for all the things that are still to come. That means you need to be STRONG! Lets do it together. Let’s grow our faith, stay healthy, eat well, and have some fun. Let’s learn to grow strong and laugh at the days ahead.
